Product Specialist

Coordinate with Presales to execute product demonstrations and Proof- Of- Concept (POC) for products and solutions.
Support the presentation of technical solutions/workshops as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Technical Department.
Participate in providing technical support to customers in case of incidents or issues related to the products supplied by the company.
Research and study new products as assigned by the Head of the Technical Department.
Conduct technology transfer sessions for customers and partners.
Implement solutions and products within the scope of the distribution company.

English communication skills: equivalent to TOEIC 500 or higher.
Have 2–3 years of experience in deploying security solutions, especially Firewall and DDoS Protection.
Possess solid knowledge of network and system security architecture design, OSI Model, TCP/IP, network communication protocols, and information security.
Ability to collaborate/work effectively in a team, while also being fully capable of completing tasks independently.
Hold a Bachelor&039;s/College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or possess equivalent certifications.
