Product Traceability Specialist

Job Purpose
Ensure full traceability of all raw materials, recycled/sustainable fibers, semi- finished and finished goods across the production process, complying with brand requirements and international standards such as Regenagri, GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, FSC, and others.
Key Responsibilities
Traceability Management
- Monitor, update, and input traceability data on customer- required platforms.
- Review, verify, and store documentation including invoices, packing lists, CoC, Transaction Certificates (TC), batch records, and sustainable material documentation.
- Establish and maintain end- to- end traceability systems from raw material input through production to finished goods.
Compliance with International Standards
- Prepare required documents for internal audits and external certification audits.
- Collaborate with QA/Compliance to ensure validity and renewal of certifications.
- Implement and maintain compliance with Regenagri, GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, FSC, and similar standards.
Production Chain Control
- Monitor raw material segregation, labeling, and warehouse storage in accordance with Chain of Custody (CoC) requirements.
- Track inventory of certified, sustainable, and recycled materials by batch.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure correct material usage as required by each customer order.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Respond to customer traceability verification requests.
- Provide traceability documents to brands, buyers, and certification bodies.
- Support assessments by third- party certification organizations.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sustainable/recycled material usage reports.
