Compliance with International Standards
Ensure compliance with standards like GOTS and FSC.
Prepare documentation for audits and maintain certification validity.
Production Chain Control
Coordinate correct material usage with production teams.
Track inventory of sustainable and recycled materials.
Monitor raw material segregation and storage per Chain of Custody (CoC) requirements.
Customer & Partner Engagement
Provide traceability documents to stakeholders.
Address customer verification requests and support third- party assessments.
Reporting
Propose improvements to the traceability system.
Generate traceability reports for orders and invoices.
Create monthly/quarterly sustainability reports.
