Production Artist (Work in Viet Huong IP)

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
work with PD to clarify technical requirements and resolve artwork- related issues during sampling
Maintain organized documentation and version control of all artwork files and revisions.
Prepare, update, and maintain artwork files in the Ecom/PDM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to create layout technical specifications for hangtags, PFL, heat transfer prints, boxes, carton labels, care labels, and other packaging materials; develop and improve new samples as required.
Create, edit, and finalize artwork using Adobe Illustrator (AI) and prepare print- ready PDF files in accordance with technical and production standards.
Create and finalize PFL print layouts, ensuring proper alignment and compliance with cylinder teeth
Input and manage label dimensions, printing axis, material specifications, and related technical details in the system in accordance with company standards.
Ensure all AI and PDF files are properly formatted, with correct dimensions, bleed, color mode (CMYK/Pantone), barcode accuracy, and printing axis alignment before release.
Conduct pre- production checks to minimize printing errors, color deviations, and layout inconsistencies.
Review and verify artwork files before printing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with technical and brand requirements; coordinate with relevant departments to implement necessary revisions.

1- 3 years experience as prepress
Prefer to have knowledge in apparel industry
Graduated of printing/ packaging technology is an advantage
Basic communication in English
Well- organized individual with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
Solid knowledge of print workflow
