Production Assistant Manager

Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals.
Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department.
Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management.
Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency.

Customer- focused, results- driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
Good at English or Korean
Minimum of 5 years in production manager, preferably with experience in electrical panels.
Strong analytical and problem- solving capabilities with attention to detail.
