Production Control & Customer Satisfaction

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production status, WIP, cycle time, and on- time delivery performance.
Cross- Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and related teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
Loading & Shipment Coordination: Coordinate loading plans and shipment schedules based on production readiness; work closely with Warehouse and Logistics teams to support on- time delivery.
Customer Satisfaction & Sales Communication: Act as the main coordination point with Customer Satisfaction and Sales regarding order status, production progress, and delivery schedules.
WIP Monitoring & Data Collection: Track WIP status across production lines and collect production and delivery data for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Cycle Time & On- Time Management: Monitor cycle time and on- time delivery (OTD) performance; identify potential delays and coordinate with related teams to minimize impact.
Production Control: Monitor daily and weekly production activities to ensure output meets customer demand and committed delivery schedules; follow up production status and coordinate actions with Manufacturing teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Have about 1 year of experience in Production Control, Planning, Customer Service in Manufacturing environment.
Good at English communication
Proficient in MS Excel; basic ERP/MES knowledge is an advantage.
Good coordination and communication skills; able to work with cross- functional teams.
