Production Control Staff (Footwear) - Good English - Upto 28M Gross + Allowances (Quận 10/HCM)

Oversee the planning and coordination of production schedules to ensure on- time delivery of footwear products, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and market demand.Collaborate with the Head of Production to forecast and manage the resources necessary for production, including labor, equipment, and raw materials.Collaborate with product development, design, material and quality control teams to address any delivery or logistics challenges that may impact production schedules.Develop and maintain strong relationships with shoe factories, suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.Analyze shipment data and logistics trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings.Communicate regularly with cross- functional teams and stakeholders to provide updates on delivery status and logistics performance.

Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in production control, order management, or manufacturing coordination within the footwear industry. Candidates who have worked AT footwear brands (such as Nike, Adidas, New Balance) are welcomed.
Strategic thinking ability to connect operational activities with broader business objectives
Bachelor&039;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Business level fluency in English is required. Additional proficiency of Japanese/Mandarin is a plus.
Experience working with multinational companies or understanding of headquarters- subsidiary dynamics.
