Production Manager (Garment)

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

Collaborate with the sample development team to collect customer requirements for the sample, such as quantity, materials, style, colors, and other specifications.
Follow up all production processes to identify production problems, and solve arised problems to ensure shipment on time.
Make daily output reports to track production performance
Prepare Packing Lists and monitor shipping schedules.
Handle initial, inline, and final inspections to ensure no shipment delay or claims from customers
Prepare daily/monthly production plans based on shipment plans and approved samples
Monitor the availability of raw materials and components for production schedules.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

Organizational skills, progress monitoring, and time management.
Good communication as well as detail- focused, result- oriented, hard- working
Experienced in garment merchandising, production manager, or a similar role within the textile/apparel industry.
Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and supply chain management.
Interpersonal skills and good problem- solver
Good command of English.
