Production Planning Supervisor

Works closely with HR and Maintenance to qualify the available headcount and machines; works closely with Production Supervisors and Cell leaders to ensure the ability to meet the target;
Analyze the result of production throughput against planning, the actual working hours against actual throughput hours;
Detail plan of manpower, working hours included direct and indirect labor, based on production target;
Set up training sessions to improve the skill of the team; also set up the guidance in establishing manufacturing policies and procedures adhering to ISO standard
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing delivery lead time with Supply Chain team and Sales team for all open orders, RFQs and quotations;
Ensure all capacities entry and others from capacity report sheet are correct, analyse the capacity of each machine, each machinist and each part against with the capacity of routing; coordinate with Production Engineer to review or improve the capacity if any discrepancy happens;
Works closely with Supply Chain team to monitor and manage the delivery date for all materials and tools as requested;
Collect data from production team and issue weekly report and operation monthly review
Report all activities daily, weekly and monthly;
Set up production throughput target; daily control and balance the master production scheduling; monitor the detailed plan to ensure that we meet customer requirements and harmonize with production capacity and capability;
Assist the Plant Director to work closely with the Production Team to achieve the production goals and cost effective;
Responsibility to monitor and control the flow of WIP and tools;
Analyze the labor, tool cost and on time to warehouse by each Cell;
Assign and manage the planning team;
Performs other duties as assigned.
Control the Leadtime of Job orders from sawing to warehouse;

Strong customer orientation.
5 years manufacturing planning and analysis
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must.
Creative problem solver with analytical skill and result oriented. Must possess proven skills and abilities in the areas of leadership, planning, manufacturing systems and processes, continuous improvement in manufacturing techniques, employee development and strategic as well as functional problem analysis and resolution.
Using MS office or job related software at advanced level
Reading comprehension, writing and communication in working field
University diploma in business administration/ Industrial management/ Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
