Production Senior Staff

Job Summary

Supervises and coordinates production processes from raw materials to packaging
Ensures production targets through quality, efficiency, and safety compliance

Key Responsibilities

Ensure process compliance and stable operations
Ensure in- process quality control and compliance with the standards
Plan, schedule, assign tasks, and supervise production activities to ensure smooth production progress
Ensure EHS compliance and proper PPE usage
Monitor, train, and periodically evaluate production personnel to ensure effective performance and skill development
Drive continuous improvement in FeMo production
Accurately record production data, incidents, and equipment downtime; prepare periodic production reports and maintain FeMo production documents

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, Chemistry, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields

Skills:

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and their application in manufacturing processes
Proficient English in communication and reporting
Communication skills and teamwork mindset
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Production Planning and Coordination Skills
Skills in tracing, analyzing, and solving problems

Others:

Candidates living in Ba Ria Vung Tau or those able to relocate to Ba Ria Vung Tau for work are preferred
More than 2 years’ experience in manufacturing company with the same position
Age 25 ~ 35
Highly responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure
Have knowledge of steel manufacturing and metallurgy is an advantage

Working Location: Lot F4, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (before: BRVT province)
