Production Specialist (GRAPHIC DESIGNER)

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and HR teams to develop creative solutions for campaigns, events, and internal communication.
Creative Design & Development
Adapt global/regional brand assets into localized designs suitable for the Vietnam market.
Production Management
Compliance & Quality
Design and produce marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets, POSM, digital banners, social media posts, e- newsletters, event backdrops, etc.).
Maintain proper documentation and approval records for designed materials.
Support product launches, conferences, and corporate events with creative and production expertise.
Cross- functional Collaboration
Ensure all marketing and communication materials are compliant with regulatory and legal requirements in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
Ensure all designs follow corporate branding guidelines and healthcare compliance requirements.
Coordinate with external vendors (printers, agencies, event suppliers) to manage the production process from briefing to delivery.
Control quality, timelines, and costs for all production materials.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across all outputs.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and production, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or advertising agencies.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong project management and vendor management skills.
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English (written & verbal).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Knowledge of print production techniques, materials, and digital design trends.
Detail- oriented, creative, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and medical marketing.
Experience in digital design (web, video editing, motion graphics).
