The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in planning and executing event production, ensuring high- quality deliverables that meet client expectations. The ideal candidate for this position is highly detail- oriented, meticulous, and careful in conducting site checks and supervising event execution to delivering the best marketing service experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Account and Design teams to ensure timely and complete project execution.
• Break down design elements, prepare cost estimates, and ensure profitability per company regulations.
• Plan and oversee the production and installation process for events.
• Conduct site surveys and develop event layouts.
• Select and recommend vendors for equipment supply, production, and installation.
• Manage progress, ensuring each component meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Brainstorm ideas with the team and assess feasibility for project proposals.
Key Requirement:
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent project management and problem- solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant design/project management tools is a plus.
• 3- 5 years of experience in event production, activation, or marketing services.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail, ensuring quality and timely execution of projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, event setup, and vendor management.
• Ability to analyze designs, prepare cost estimates, and ensure profitability.
