Production Supervisor (Aluminium)

Our client is aforeign- invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Production Supervisor (Aluminium, $1000, ID19431)Manage and issue production drawings for assigned areas (components, assembly, packaging).Supervise daily production activities to ensure product quality, efficiency, and on- time delivery.Inspect parts and finished goods to meet quality standards and technical specifications.Coordinate with planning and related departments to ensure smooth material and resource flow.Optimize labor, materials, and equipment usage to maximize productivity and minimize waste.Maintain workplace organization, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.Support continuous improvement of processes, methods, and documentation.Prepare reports, work instructions, and training plans to develop team competence.

Good command of both spoken and written English.
Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks,read and interpret technical drawing
Strong interpersonal, communication, supervisory, and leadership skills.
Ability to prepare clear reports, work instructions, and production documentation in English.
Male 30 – under 40
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Assembly, or a related technical field (preferred).
3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within the industrial aluminum manufacturing, mechanical processing, or assembly industry.
