RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well- understood
Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility

Bachelor degree on Business Administration, Technology management industry
At least 05 years’ experience in similar positions according the factory assigned
Supervisor skills and qualifications
Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
Ability to create and adhere to production processes
Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
Excellent problem- solving skills, and a strong work ethic
Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
IT skills, especially using data analysis software
Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field
