Production Supervisor

Our client is a foreign- invested company, now looking for aProduction Supervisor($1000, ID 16725)

Note, examine, and finish any modifications to the equipment and/or process conditions in the workspace;
Control objectives and outcomes (via reports and controls). dividing the objectives into sectors and observing and defending the outcomes in their respective fields of endeavor;
Research, plan, and oversee new initiatives and/or enhancements;
Oversee human resources, including hiring, directing teams, scheduling, vacations, leaves, layoffs, and upholding discipline and order in departments, movements, etc.
Help with updating product formulations;
Be in charge of the procedure, data recording, information, and reports, as well as the testing of goods and equipment;
Organize the revision of job instructions and processes;
Plan and oversee preventative maintenance
Create and deliver operational or technical training that is centered on the production area;

Good at English
5 years of experience as production operator/ 2- 3 years of experience as production supervisor
Male/Female. Under 45 years old
Graduated fromcollege/university degree on Engineering
