Professional Services Director

Project Management & Implementation

Develop master plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered as committed.
Take full responsibility for implementing software deployment projects for customers.
Collaborate with relevant departments (Product, R&D, Customer Support, Sales, etc.) to ensure alignment throughout the implementation process.
Address project- related issues, ensuring high- quality outcomes that meet customer expectations.

Team Management & Capability Development

Recruit, train, and develop the Professional Services team to ensure they possess the necessary skills and expertise.
Establish and improve implementation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Guide, supervise, and evaluate team performance.

Customer Relationship & Service Quality Assurance

Provide optimal solutions to help customers maximize the value of the DMS system.
Maintain high service quality standards, minimize risks, and optimize implementation costs.
Act as the primary point of contact with customers during project implementation, ensuring satisfaction and long- term relationships.

Financial Management & Business Efficiency

Develop project budgets, manage costs, and optimize resources.
Propose implementation models and value- added services to increase service revenue and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in deploying SaaS, ERP, DMS, or enterprise management systems is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
At least 8- 10 years of experience in software implementation, with a minimum of 5 years in project or professional services management.

Ability to work under high pressure and handle complex situations with agility.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
Strong project management skills; PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
