- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and UI component library that ensures consistency across all insurance digital products and accelerates development.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate insurance business requirements into feasible and effective design solutions.
- Conduct research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand insurance customer behaviors, agent workflows, and pain points across digital touchpoints.
- Design and deliver high- quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for insurance applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and brand guidelines.
