Program Manager For Outdoor Education Programs

AsiaMotions is hiring a Program Manager to oversee our outdoor education programs from start to finish. This on- site role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and ideal for someone passionate about nature, operations, and educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Program Management (Preparation – Operation – Closing):
Liaise with schools and suppliers, update bookings, prepare documents, manage cash advances, and coordinate freelancer teams.
Ensure availability and readiness of equipment.
Oversee AsiaMotions’ assigned programs from pre- event to post- event stages.
On- Site Operations:
Support Program Leader, supervise freelancers, ensure high- quality delivery and adherence to safety standards.
Manage logistics (transportation, accommodation, F&B, equipment).
Monitor expenses and equipment usage.
Post- Program Tasks:
Finalize payments, submit expense claims, collect feedback, and assess freelancers.
Organize and store returned equipment.
Operations Development:
Support internal inspections and trial runs for new programs.
Contribute to new product ideas and improve existing documentation.

Able to handle pressure, multitask, and travel frequently.
Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, adaptable, and customer- focused.
Experience in event management is a plus.
Native Vietnamese with fluent English.

Full- time contract with pro- rata 13th- month salary.
In- house training and development.
Event- related costs (travel, meals, accommodation) covered.
Phone card allowance and standard leave policies.
Salary: 13,500,000 VND – 18,500,000 VND gross.
