Program Manager (Senior Manager)

• Manage senior stakeholders and communicate program status, risks, and outcomes.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the program.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program- level risks and issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee program governance, standards, and reporting in collaboration with PMO.
•Manage program budget, resources, and dependencies.
• Track and ensure realization of program benefits.
• Ultimately responsible for the success of projects.
• Support and coach Project Managers.

• PMI- ACP/PMP/ PgMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
• Good in English in both communication & writing.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years as Program Manager.
• Proficient in project/program management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project).
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Good in Report Skill.
