The Project Administration Coordinator Officer is responsible for providing administrative, accounting, human resource, and general office support to ensure smooth and efficient project operations. This role coordinates project documentation, supports financial and HR administrative processes, and assists management by maintaining accurate records, timely reporting, and effective communication across project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities& KPIs
Coordinate with finance team on payments, budget updates, and financial reporting related to projects
Support HR administrative functions such as attendance records, payroll coordination, onboarding, and staff documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and project procedures
Assist in recruitment coordination, training records, and employee data management
Coordinate and support daily administrative activities for project operations
Prepare, maintain, and control project documentation, records, and reports
Support accounting tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, cost control, and document verification
Act as a key coordination point between project teams, finance, HR, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Manage meeting arrangements, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management
Yêu cầu công việc
Educations Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in project administration, accounting support, HR administration, or office administration
Basic knowledge of accounting processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, cost control, and document filing
Excellent coordination and communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of HR administrative functions including payroll coordination, attendance records, and staff documentation
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow- up skills with high attention to detail
Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a project environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP or accounting systems is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and good command in English.
Experience in administrative support for projects, including reporting, coordination, and document control
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
