Job Responsibilities
framasVN is seeking a Project Developer to join our Development Department. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project development activities across multiple departments, ensuring smooth execution in line with our established development processes.

Monitor and ensure smooth execution of processes within the Development Department
Provide regular project activity reports to the Project Manager
Oversee development activities and resolve technical or operational issues, including:
Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure smooth project progress
Mold testing and material trials
Effective communication with customers and suppliers
Sampling and follow- up
Cross- functional coordination with all relevant departments until production handover
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, reports, and technical specifications, to ensure projects meet targets for quality, cost, and delivery

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Experience in the shoe industry, including development, commercial, and plastic injection molding
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Strong English communication skills; Chinese (verbal) is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
