Project Director

【What does the PM role involve?】
As a Project Manager, you will lead project teams to ensure successful and on- time/on- budget delivery of company products and solution projects to clients. Responsibilities include:

Planning and coordinating the work assignments of project team members.
Project risk management and issue resolution.
Preparing project closure analysis and presentations, including lessons learned and improvement proposals.
Leading the project team in planning and executing system functionalities and architectures, including communication with internal and external clients, technical discussions, and presentations.
Leading the project team in project acceptance and testing upon completion.
Collecting and organizing information regarding process updates, requirement additions, and changes.
Project schedule planning, progress monitoring and tracking, preparation of related project tracking documents.

Interpersonal communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different roles and personalities.
Strong team orientation: Willingness to prioritize team goals while respecting diverse perspectives within the team.
Logical reasoning: Ability to quickly analyze the pros and cons of each execution plan and assess feasible alternatives.
Self- learning ability: Proactive in acquiring industry domain knowledge and necessary work- related skills.

【Skills we are looking for】

At least 5 years of practical experience as a System Analyst (SA) or System Designer (SD).
Fluent English communication skills.
Experience in leading large- scale projects is a plus (especially with consulting or solution planning capabilities in relevant domains).
At least 5 years of hands- on experience in software project management.
Strong EQ, excellent communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Prior experience in the software or banking/financial industry is preferred.
