Project Expert

Facilitate a customer- centric, honest, and dynamics working environment and culture within the team and consistently across the company
Responsibile for tracking key project activities at detailed level to ensure project within objectives
Practice change management for each project to prepare SHBFC’s internal and external stakeholders for changes in people, process, and system
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder to define project charter, requirements, success criteria, etc.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources allocation, and budget estimation
Identify opportunities for process improvement during and after project lifecycle
Record and monitor project budget. Proactively identify project risks and record issue log with potential mitigiation plan
Uses formal project methodology to meet quality, schedule, scope and budget commitments. Define new monitoring tools/templates and customize as needed
Consolidate and prepare progress reports for Steering Committee, BOM, BOD leadership meeting timely and accurately

Self- starter who is comfortable with uncertainty
Strong analytical and problem- solving capabilities, extensive knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel are desired
Basic understanding of bank/consumer finance core business processes
Strong experience working as a business- wide function / cross- functional team
Ability to present in front of leadership team and Group company to get buy- ins
Ability to deal with conflicts and pressure
Proven track record in managing medium scale project within consumer finance, banking, insurance, fintech, or consulting company, impacting people, process, and technology
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. PMP ceritification is a plus
Good presentation skill and clear communication skill to decode complex problems into actionable chunks in both Vietnamese and English
Ability to lead a group discussion and comfortable in making decisions
