Project Management Office (PMO) Intern

- Collect and analyze internal business and market data to derive insights and translate them into actionable plans.
- Support management in formulating business strategies and facilitating execution across departments.
- Manage and execute company- wide initiatives such as revamping the corporate website, building and maintaining corporate credentials, and other internal development projects assigned by the Director.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Establish, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
- Serve as a core member of the Project Management Office, leading and coordinating internal strategic projects to strengthen Adtek’s operations and capabilities.
- Oversee project missions, define goals, allocate resources, and ensure successful implementation within set timelines.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Organized, diligent, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or a start- up environment.
- Strong logical reasoning, structured problem- solving skills, and an analytical mindset.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong comfort working with numbers and data.
