Monitor and control project milestones throughout each development phase to ensure on- time delivery.
Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management.
Develop overall project plans and manage implementation timelines in line with assigned objectives.
Identify and assess project risks (e.g., delays, resource shortages, scope changes) and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Coordinate closely with relevant departments (Development, Business Analysis, Design, QA, etc.) to align schedules and resolve issues during execution.

Yêu cầu công việc

Solid understanding of project scheduling, progress tracking, and software development processes (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).
Good at English is a plus, not required
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management Assistant in the IT, Finance, or Securities industry.
Logical thinking, analytical mindset, and effective problem- solving abilities.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Over 2- 5 years of relevant experience in project scheduling or coordination.
Proficiency in modern project management tools such as Jira, Slack, Confluence, or similar platforms.
