Project Management - PCBA Industry

Key Responsibilities

Manage project timeline, cost, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
Act as the main point of contact (window person) with customers: attend weekly meetings, communicate, receive requests, and coordinate with cross- functional teams to provide timely feedback and solutions.
Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
Handle customer visits and build long- term customer relationships.
Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Sales team on project execution and forecasting.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience in working, emailing, and attending online/onsite meetings with international Customer.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
Good at English (refer equivalent to IELTS 6.0+ or TOEIC 700+, certification is not absolutely necessary.).
Solid understanding of project management tools and methods for tracking milestones, schedules, budgets, and collaborating with cross- functional teams in manufacturing factories (Quality, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, Testing, Planning, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes.
Experience in PCBA or Box- build manufacturing environments.
Understanding of or experience with quality and manufacturing systems such as:APQP, FAIR, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, IPC- A610, AS9100, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DFM, DFT, DFA, Plastic Injection Molding, etc.
Familiarity with SMT, Wave, ICT, FCT, Coating, etc. and other PCBA- related processes.
“Can- do” mindset, quick learning ability, and flexibility in problem- solving.
Strong soft skills and communication skills.
