Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company&039;s objectives
• Identify, track, manage, prevent and resolve any project issues that may occur
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire process
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Involved in the recruiting of project staff
• Work directly with foreign customers from USA, Europe, Australia, Singapore
• Training and guiding your team members
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Manage team size 3- 10 members at least
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns
• Motivate team members
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience in similar project manager position
• Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely)
• Good communication skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create a teamwork- orientated environment, etc.
• At least 5 years professional experience in web/internet or software development
• Highly responsible, well- organized, communicative, pro- active, dare- to- lead attitude
• Good project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leading
