Project Manager

Our client provides ITO, BPO ... services is looking for a Project Manager who will:

Escalates risks, resource gaps and delays as needed to ensure project stays on track
Manage the project scope, changes, deliverables and timeline & Budget
Identify, track, manage and resolve project issues.
Manage, maintain and improve the process
Build, manage and deploy projects to ensure projects are completed on time, on the right scale and with quality.
Take the lead on quality control issues
Make project plans, goals, and resource allocation.
Support team orientation, development and skill enhancement.
Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
Manage and coordinate members and clients effectively.
Coach and advise team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.
Responsible for internal and external communication, transparency, and distributing information

Strong people interaction and relationship- building skills
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Japanese language fluency (JLPT N1/N2), can use English
Having strong understanding and experience in the project management process and various Software Development models (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum...)
Good teamwork skills and readiness to challenge
Having strong project management skills gained from various projects
A minimum of 8- 10 years of experience managing software projects
Hardworking, good critical thinking and problem- solving skills
Can build and keep good relationships with members and clients
