Project Manager

Coordinate cross- functional teams (developers, QA, BA, designers) across regions.
Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for each project.
Prepare reports and updates for senior management and clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, management, and stakeholders in Mandarin (English is plus).
Lead full- cycle software development projects ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Excellent leadership, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
5+ years of project management experience in software development (preferably enterprise- scale).
Proven track record managing Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall projects.
Experience managing regional or multicultural teams.
Strong command of SDLC, project planning tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project), and delivery governance.
Finance or banking project experience is an advantage.
Language: Mandarin/English (written and spoken)
