Project Manager Assistant

Track project status closely and provide timely risk alerts and mitigation suggestions.
Monitor and report development team progress to the Project Manager and client.
Act as a bridge between the development team, Project Manager, and Japanese- speaking clients.
Support the coordination of project schedules and progress across different stakeholders.
Adapt quickly to project- specific processes and actively suggest or take appropriate actions when needed.
Assist in synchronizing requirement changes between the client and the development team.
Support issue clarification and resolution with the client, under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Contribute to smooth internal and external communication for efficient project delivery.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Redmine) is a plus.
High level of proactiveness, adaptability, and critical thinking.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Japanese communication (equivalent to JLPT N2+), especially in business contexts. Fresher is accepted
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the direction of the Project Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT or software development projects.
Experience working with Japanese clients or in Japanese business environments.
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
Proven experience or strong capability in project coordination or assistant roles.
Solid understanding of software development workflows and how requirement changes impact the process.
