Project Manager (Eng Good)

Lead end- to- end product development projects, from early discovery and idea validation to delivery and post- launch support.
Work closely with founders and stakeholders to clarify product vision, refine business goals, and translate ambiguous ideas into structured roadmaps and execution plans.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high product quality and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and manage budgets based on scope, team structure, and delivery strategy.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirement definitions, roadmaps, risk logs, and performance tracking.
Manage client relationships professionally, serving as a trusted advisor rather than just a task coordinator.
Act not only as a project manager, but also as a product- thinking partner — proactively identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in both business and technical aspects.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with product outcomes
Measure project and product performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Good English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work up, down and across organizational levels (Ielts >=7.0)
Detail- orientation, with strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
At least 3 years of experience in software project management
Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of Project, and an obsession about the customer experience
A flexible nature, good sense of humor, the ability to establish strong working relationships, and enjoy being part of a team of like- minded individuals
Nice to have:
PMP or Scrum Master Certification (Preferred)
Have experience in Business Analysis
Strong Business Analysis capability (requirement elicitation, stakeholder mapping, process modeling, product validation).
Experience working in product studio environments or building products from early- stage ideas.
Hands- on experience utilizing AI tools in project delivery (e.g., ChatGPT, coding agents, AI- assisted documentation, backlog generation, workflow automation).
