Job Description:
Manage the full lifecycle of Odoo/ERP projects: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
Lead UAT, Go- live, and post- implementation (hypercare) phases.
Manage change requests, assess impacts, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Define and manage project scope, timeline, resources, budget, and risks.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
Track project progress, ensure quality standards, and proactively resolve issues and risks.
Coordinate with Business Analysts, Odoo Developers, QA/Testers to deliver Odoo modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Work directly with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and propose suitable Odoo solutions.
Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of business processes: Finance & Accounting, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR.
Good knowledge of Odoo architecture, modules, customization, and integrations (APIs, third- party systems).
Certifications are a plus: PMP, PMI- ACP, Scrum Master, Odoo Certification.
Proven experience delivering end- to- end Odoo implementation projects.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in ERP/Odoo implementations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution abilities.
Proactive, detail- oriented, and able to work under pressure.
