Project Manager – N2

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Report and escalate to management as needed
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

2+ years of previous project management experience which have a size from 5 membersJapanese level equivalent to N2+
Has of experience in participating in a series of required tasks (requirement hearing and analysis, basic design, detailed design)
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management/IT or related fields
Working Location: Osaka, Tokyo, Fukuoka, Nagoya
Has of experience with one of following technology stacks/platforms: Web application (Java, C, PHP, Front- end language), Mobile application (Android, iOS), Embedded (C/C++), Salesforce, SAP, RPA, C++, AWS, Aras, Oracle.

Flight allowance: 80,000 JPY/year.
Salary review: Twice a year.
