Project Manager (PM)

Support recruitment and training of project team members.
Develop detailed project plans, including requirement analysis, resource allocation, timeline, and budget.
Monitor daily progress, track risks, and resolve arising issues (such as scope changes or technical delays).
Participate in post- project evaluations to gather insights and optimize processes for future projects.
Ensure the quality of the final product and compliance with relevant technology standards (such as ISO or GDPR when applicable).
Communicate with stakeholders (internal/external clients, senior management) to provide progress updates and adjust plans when needed.
Coordinate project teams (developers, designers, testers) to ensure smooth development using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Proficient in English, collaboration with international teams.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
At least 3–5 years of experience as a PM or Coordinator in IT projects (preferably in software, app, or web development). Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and MS Project.
Analytical thinking, creativity, and ability to perform well under pressure.
Preference given to candidates with experience at major tech companies (FPT, VNG, Viettel) or in international outsourcing projects.
Skilled in risk, budget, and time management (PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certifications are a plus).
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
Basic technical knowledge (cloud computing, DevOps, AI/ML when applicable to the project).
