About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support our B2B Suite of Shopify apps
Your mission is to make sure projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, processes are followed, and the team stays happy and motivated. You will work closely with the Division Manager, Product Owners, Tech Leads, QC and CS teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Delivery Management
Build and maintain project plans, sprint scope and timelines for SBC teams.
Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Coordinate releases: agree scope with Product Owner, track implementation, support deployment checklists.
Identify risks and blockers early and coordinate solutions with the team and Division Manager.
Track progress and deadlines in Jira; ensure tasks are always updated and clear.
Scrum / Process Facilitation
Support Product Owners in preparing clear requirements and acceptance criteria before development.
Ensure the team follows agreed workflows (Scrum/Kanban, Jira process, Git flow).
Help the team improve estimation, task breakdown, and Definition of Ready/Done.
Continuously improve processes based on retrospectives and feedback.
Support for Division Manager
Prepare weekly reports: progress, risks, capacity, and delivery vs. commitment.
Support quarterly planning and capacity planning for SBC teams.
Help document and maintain standard processes/checklists (Jira flow, Git flow, release checklist, etc.).
People & Culture
Coordinate small culture activities (sharing sessions, mini- events, internal recognition).
Do light 1:1 check- ins with members when needed and feedback to Division Manager.
Monitor team morale, workload and potential burnout and raise issues early.
Encourage transparency, ownership and constructive feedback in the team.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Provide simple, clear status updates (dashboards, summaries) for internal stakeholders.
Ensure decisions (scope changes, priority shifts, deadlines) are documented and shared.
Act as a communication hub between Division Manager, Product Owners, Tech Leads, QC, CS and other teams.
