Project Officer in Portfolio Management

Main responsibilities and tasks:
Liaising with GIZ overall portfolio management – incl. support with ProDoc processes
Monitoring of the ESP portfolio and its impacts
Preparation of ESP and Energy Transition related information for commissioning parties and partners
Support for JETP topics within GIZ Viet Nam
Networking with the international community in Viet Nam working in the energy transition
Supporting in developing the Energy Support Program (ESP) portfolio
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an area that is related to Energy Transition, such as energy- based economics and/or energy engineering or equivalent.
Proven network within the international development organisations in Vietnam.
Profound experience working with international development organisations to support Vietnam’s Energy Transition.
Full professional proficiency in English. Advanced knowledge of German is an asset.
Demonstrated experience working in a team environment.
Ability to work independently, approach tasks proactively, and provide results on time.
