· Excellent command of Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written). Experience in communication, documentation, and reporting in English.
· Familiarity with Vietnamese public institutions (e.g., ministries, utilities, associations) is an advantage.
· Solid understanding of Vietnam’s energy landscape, industrial sectors (oil, gas, petrochemical, fertilizer) and relevant policy frameworks.
· Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; capable of facilitating multi- stakeholder discussions.
· Professional experience (3 – 5 years) in the energy, renewable energy, or industrial sectors – preferably within international cooperation or development projects.
· Good command of ICT and computer applications (MS Office etc.).
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field energy, economics, environment science, engineering or sustainability.
· Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management; experience coordinating with both public and private sector partners, state- owned enterprises, and international consultants.
· High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong analytical skills – ability to perform techno- economic assessments, data analysis, and market & policy research.
· Experience in organizing events, coordinating project activities, and managing logistics with multiple stakeholders.
· Technical knowledge of at least one of the following areas: oil & gas, green hydrogen, renewable energy supply chain would be an advantage.
