About the Role
The Project Sales Executive is responsible for driving cement sales through project- based channels, including infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and residential construction. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely execution of sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new project- based sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis; prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Track ongoing and upcoming projects, coordinate logistics and technical support to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants for pre- sales activities and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards during site visits.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume, price, market share).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and government departments.
