Project Sales Manager (Construction Materials)

Our client is a foreign- invested company, now looking for a Project Sales Manager (Construction Materials,$1800, ID19593):

Provide technical support and product training to existing and potential customers.
Achieve a minimum quota of new project pipelines and specifications each month per set KPI’s.
Provide intelligence on customer, competitor activity and market trends.
Brand Ambassador for the Kingspan Insulation Panels.
Report weekly and monthly on activities, specified projects, customer activity and projects won.
Business analysis throughout the assigned territories., provide input into the company’s new product and new market development activities.
Track and manage a pipeline of opportunities within the business guidelines/strategy.
Monitor project specifications, technical submissions and product proposals to clients.
Execute technical presentations to architects, consultants and specifiers.
Implement and manage a monthly specification analysis that identifies project, value, volume and product specified and review weekly with Area Managers.
Clearly present the Business Strategy and KPIs to the Commercial Manager.
Ensure high levels of customer support are delivered to specifiers, consultants, contractors and end users.
Research the market to find potential new installers and delivery partners for our product ranges where required.
Develop and maintain a current database of professionals, property developers, main contractors, sub- contractors etc.
Gather market intelligence, develop and manage a comprehensive database.
Maintain and expand CRM database of prospects within assigned territory.
Target project influencers such architects, consultants and developers to present our products.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales at FDI companies in the field of construction materials iron, steel
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Gender: Male/Female, 30- 45 years old
Good at English.

Salary Review/Annual Salary Increase
Salary: $1800++
