• Key Responsibilities
- Update, plan, and register projects for each distributor, ensuring fairness and transparency among distributors.
- Implement business development activities to ensure sales revenue achieves assigned targets and business plans.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle certification, CO/CQ documents, technical support, maintenance, and product- related issues.
- Monitor competitor projects and products, propose appropriate product and pricing solutions to secure contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project channel distributors; cooperate closely with M&E companies, architects, contractors, and project owners.
- Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to develop product launch strategies.
- Collect and analyze market trends and data to adapt sales strategies and maximize sales potential.
- Build, develop, and maintain long- term relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to place production orders according to project requirements and plans; monitor and ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments for planning activities and sourcing competitive products.
- Develop new business channels and expand cooperation with new products and customers.
- Track, control, and take responsibility for accounts receivable collection to ensure timely payments.
- Analyze project requirements and propose suitable products and optimal solutions to meet project needs.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, customer insights, and project tracking.

• Job Requirements
- Patient, strong problem-
- Honest, careful, proactive, and sociable personality.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Sales Executive in the LED lighting or electrical equipment industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; able to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- College or University degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong communication skills with fluent English in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
