Quality
Guideline of Brand
Timeline
Budget
Guideline of Landlord

Managing all warranty activities within 1 year, stipulated by the construction contract, from the opening day of the store in the region, including:

Fast responsibility
Have the right solution to solve and avoid problem- related infrastructure
Quality

Coordinating with other related Departments to achieve better results.

Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager

Good communication in English;
Details- oriented.
Proficient in working on software as Auto CAD, 3D, Photoshop, MS Office, and other design software.
Having experience in retail is an advantage
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D drawings, MS Office.
At least 3 years of supervising experience.
Strong interpersonal skills;
High awareness of the current Vietnamese laws and regulations, and familiar with Vietnamese as well as international building codes and standards;
Good at documentation and systematic;
