Prototype Engineer - Quảng Ninh, Hải Phòng (Salary 25 - 27M/month)

Position Objective:
• Support new line launch and continuous improvement.
• Produce all Prototype samples on time
• Achieve all MC specific and VNQN generic targets (Profitability, Policy deployment and OPI) for MC.
Position Scope:
• Follow and promote all ALV/ VNQN policies and procedures
• Continuous Improvements
• Prototype activity
• Support the APDS process and continuous process improvements
• Support intra department activities.
Tasks / Responsibilities: (Main Activities)
• Responsible for creating all Prototype samples.
• Responsible for creating Nests for RFQ’s.
• Support the APDS process.
• Responsible for process documentation preparation and revision (Flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan,
• Responsible for achieving policy deployment targets.
• Through continuous follow up ensure that policy deployment targets are achieved.
• Responsible for reviewing all Prototype drawings.
• Responsible for Line design – Headcount, Machine & Equipment requirement for RFQ’s
• Support APS implementation, active participation in APS workshop activity
work instruction, line calibration matrix)
• Responsible for new jig and fixture implementation
• Ensure new launch on time and within budget.
• Maintain and implement methods, systems and routines as necessary
• Support new line set up.
• Responsible for process release and trial build
