Public Area Attendant

Responsible for all cleaning and ensure proper maintenance of all cleaning equipments and supplies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Check cleanliness of the public and service areas frequently.
Carry out special cleaning programs.
Report any defects and follow up to ensure they are rectified.
Maintain proper records of all cleaning schedules.
Ensure and inspect staff&039;s personal appearance, strictly following the grooming standards.
Ensure washroom cleanliness, hygiene and supplies such as soaps, towels and toilet paper are properly replenished by staff according to the hotel standards.
Know and understand lost and found procedures. Turn in lost items to the housekeeping office promptly.
Provide courteous service to our guests.

CRITERIA:

Detailed knowledge of working practices of housekeeping
Minimum 3- 5 years in similar position in international hotels.
Vocational Certificate or on- job training in related fields.
