Supervision & Operations
• Supervise Public Area Attendants and ensure all assigned tasks are completed to hotel standards.
• Ensure consistent implementation of cleaning procedures, checklists, and hygiene protocols.
• Monitor cleanliness standards during peak hours and ensure immediate action when required.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, deep- cleaning schedules, and special projects.
• Inspect lobbies, corridors, restrooms, back- of- house areas, offices, meeting rooms, and other public spaces regularly.
Guest Service & Communication
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests related to public areas.
• Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Security, Engineering, and other departments.
• Support guest events or special setups by ensuring public spaces are clean and ready.
Maintenance & Safety
• Identify and report maintenance issues; follow up until fully resolved.
• Enforce hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety tools.
Training & Team Support
• Motivate team members, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement.
• Assist in training and guiding Public Area Attendants on cleaning techniques, equipment use, and service standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute operational insights.
Administration & Reporting
• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth communication with supervisors and other departments.
• Maintain records, logs, and checklists for cleaning tasks and inspections.
• Support inventory control of cleaning supplies, tools, and guest amenities used in public areas.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of PMS/Opera is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in a housekeeping or public area supervisory role in a 4–5 star hotel (preferred).
• Professional, service- focused, and aligned with hotel brand values.
• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or related fields.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
