{Pullman Hai Phong}Assistant Restaurant Manager/Phó Quản lý nhà hàng (All Day Dining)

Coordinate between departments to make sure areas of responsibility are ready for service and in good condition
Assist the Outlet Manager in the preparation of weekly and monthly forecasts for the department
Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work- public areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by restaurant, bar, public areas
Management and guidance of outlet staff under control, namely Supervisors/ Team Leaders and Attendants.
Attend and actively participate in Department Management meetings, respecting the confidentiality of issues which may be discussed formally or informally.
Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant
Assist in the preparation monthly outlet reports, commenting on key performance indicators and action taken to keep on target
Regular liaison with maintenance ensuring maintenance requests is completed quickly focusing on guest needs as a priority.
