Assist the Executive Chef in planning, organizing, and supervising all kitchen operations.
Handle guest feedback and resolve kitchen- related issues professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP or local regulations).
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation standards.
Monitor food costs, portion control, waste management, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with purchasing and receiving to ensure quality and freshness of ingredients.
Oversee daily food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Proven experience as Executive Sous Chef in a high- volume or upscale kitchen.
High level of creativity and commitment to excellence.Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
Strong knowledge of international cuisines, fine- dining standards, and modern cooking techniques.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
