Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and career development programs.
Supervise and develop HR team members.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports (turnover, headcount, attendance, etc.).
Recommend improvements to HR processes, systems, and employee experience initiatives.
Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policy and labor laws.
Provide coaching and guidance to employees on HR- related matters.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure open communication and positive workplace relations.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs and workforce planning.
Oversee payroll, benefits, insurance, and leave administration
Supervise daily HR activities, including recruitment and performance management.
Conduct employee satisfaction or engagement surveys and propose improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Positive, people- oriented mindset with the ability to influence and drive engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
3–5 years of HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Proficient in MS Office
