Ensure all purchasing activities comply with the hotel&039;s financial policies, purchasing procedures, and Accor standards.
Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
Assist the Cost Controller and Purchasing Manager in monitoring inventory levels and identifying purchasing needs.
Process purchase requisitions from various departments, ensuring all necessary information and approvals are obtained.
Maintain an organized filing system for all purchasing documents, including requisitions, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Gather quotations from various suppliers under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager to support price comparisons.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good understanding of purchasing principles, inventory management, and supply chain operations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 1- 2 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1 years in a similar role
Advanced proficiency in purchasing system, Excel
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
