• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports on spending, cost savings, and supplier performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and compliance
• Supervise, train, and mentor purchasing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings and maintain quality standards.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of assignments.
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Manage the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage supplier contracts and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration within the purchasing department and with other hotel departments.
• Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 2- 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a similar role
Strong understanding of purchasing principles, inventory management, and supply chain operations
