Supplier Management and Development
- Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and build long- term cooperation policies.
- Identify, source, select, evaluate, and develop new suppliers both domestically and internationally.
Purchasing Planning
- Develop purchasing plans aligned with production needs.
- Collaborate with the production planning and inventory departments to ensure accurate ordering plans.
- Monitor and control purchasing costs; identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Negotiation, Ordering, and Order Tracking
- Manage the importation of goods and materials; establish standard operating procedures for purchasing activities.
- Directly negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other relevant conditions with suppliers.
- Track the progress of purchase orders; handle delays, shortages, and order discrepancies.
Warehouse Management
- Oversee the management of all raw materials and goods in the warehouse.
- Prepare monthly reports on materials and inventory levels.
Yêu cầu công việc
{MUST}
- Good at communication skill
- English: Conversation level (Can communication basically and read documents well)
- Having at least 2 years experience as Purchasing staff.
- Good at Microsoft office skill.
- Having at least 1 year experience in fabric purchasing.
- Chinese is at least HSK5 level.
- Graduated from College

- Good at both Chinese & English
- Living near company.
